FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN INDIA -REPORTING IN SINGLE MASTER FORM
The Reserve Bank of India with the objective of the integration of the current reporting structures of various types of Foreign Investment in India will be introducing a Single Master Form (SMF). SMF shall be an online facility clubbing various forms into a single form for reporting total foreign investment in an Indian entity and investments by persons resident outside India in an Investment Vehicle.
